How long should I expect to wait to receive my rebate after I've submitted my request?
- Please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks to receive your rebate.
Do rebate offers expire?
- Yes. each rebate program has an expiration date. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of the rebate program you're participating in to obtain this information.
Can I mail in a rebate request?
- No. Digital submission is the only available redemption option.
Can I submit multiple rebate requests at once?
- Yes, as long as all purchases are on one receipt. If you have more than one transaction (multiple receipts), please fill out a separate submission form for each receipt.
Can I make multiple rebate requests?
- Yes. You can submit as many requests as possible up to the program's max dollar back. Single pack rebates have a max redemption up to $20 per person. Carton rebates have a max redemption up to $40 per person.
What type of Prepaid Card will I receive?
- Your Prepaid Card will be digital. It will be delivered via email from notification@mypaymentvault.com, with instructions for claiming your digital Mastercard® prepaid card. You must claim your card within 3 months of the date these instructions are sent via email. Your right to the Rebate expires after that time.
Where can I use my card?
- Virtual cards can be used online, over the phone and for mail-in payments. You can even add them to your favorite retailer, service, or fast-food mobile apps as a payment method. Some stores may be willing to type in your virtual card information, but allowing a card to be typed in is up to the store’s policy, so we cannot guarantee it.
How do I use my card online?
- You’ll need your 16-digit card number, the expiration date, and the security code. Most web merchants run address verification during checkout, to make sure that the address of the card and the address you give the merchant are a match. Be sure your card address is up to date.
If you move or need to make an address change for any reason, you can edit the card address at any time. Log into your Account, go to the Menu and click Profile. Here, you can edit your Account address, which means that the next card you add to your Account will use this address. You can also update the address of an individual card by clicking on a card in your Account or clicking on the original email that was sent to you. Then, select the Edit option, which is next to the address.
